- Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For international chat support post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,800 - 37,500 and for security analyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

Knowledge and Skills Required -- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi
- Should be able to read, comprehend and write English
- Typing skills of 25 words per minute and 85% accuracy
- Passionate towards serving the customer and displays high levels of customer obsession
- Open to work in rotational and night shifts
- Should be able to speak basic Hindi and English
- Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the team.
