Job Location for TCS Recruitment 2024 - 

For research intern post, candidates will be working from home and office as it has hybrid work style and office location will be across India, for webchat/ chat support post, job location for candidates will be Bangalore/ Chennai and for international voice post, the job location for candidates will be Pune.

Responsibilities of Chat Support/ WebChat - 

• Respond to emails and chats
• Assist customers with service or feature modifications on account
• Open trouble ticket depending on the nature of the service issue
• Analyze, isolate and diagnose technical trouble
• Providing existing trouble ticket status to customers
• Escalate customer complaints in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities for International Voice - 

• Make calls to end users to clarify the following queries in order journey like cancellation, appointment booking, permission to work, address clarification etc
• Respond efficiently and accurately to end users and explaining the possible solutions and ensuring that end user feels supported and valued
• Engage in active listening with callers, confirming information and diffusing angry clients as needed
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed SLA metrics with consistent customer services.

Responsibilities of Research Intern - 

• Define research problems and design solutions for them
• Develop prototype solutions by applying industry-scale data
• Publish research papers in top-tier conference and journals
• Perform literate survey and identify opportunities and challenges
• Execute proofs of concept
• Contribute to development of tools and products
• Learn about emerging trends and technologies in industrial research
• Define the challenges involved in applied research
• Articulate research problems and systematically design solutions.
  

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For chat support/ webchat, research intern posts, the payable salary will be Rs 21,600 - 29,160 and for international voice agent post, the payable salary will be Rs 28,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

Age Limit - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned by TCS.

Educational Qualifications - The educational qualification details for this post is mentioned below.

• Research Intern - {a graduate degree in any discipline}
• International Voice/ Webchat/ Chat Support - {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum one year of experience}.

 

Knowledge and Skills Required - 

• Excellent communication skills both written an oral
• Strong customer advocacy skills and understanding of customer
• Preferred telecom domain knowledge
• Strong typing skills.
  

Selection Method - For TCS recruitment, the candidate will be selected on the basis of shortlisting/ assessment test and telephonic or field interview.
