Responsibilities for Insights Consultant -
- Responsible for providing insights to clients
- Meet virtually our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges
- Prepare an execute client workshops
- Interface with clients to discover their business challenges
- Perform quantitative and observational data analyses
- Create and present client recommendations
- To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of the project by guiding team members on technical aspects, conducting reviews and artifacts
- Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities
- Ensure time-sheets are completed on or before the deadline
- Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated
- Create functional and technical specification documents
- Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines
- Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For insights consultant post, the payable salary will be Rs 24,400 and for tech lead post, the payable salary will be Rs 43,000 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
