Responsibilities for Chat Process Executive - 

• Responsible for handling customer queries efficiently through web-chat, email and social media channels
• Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries via voice, email and chat as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Identify customer needs and assist them in effectively utilizing specific features.
  

Responsibilities for GO AI Associate - 

• Watch the video of the stowing action at a fulfillment center
• Verify or mark the location of product through a tool while maintaining highest level of accuracy
• Maintaining the fulfillment center's stow quality 
• Ability to annotate video based jobs for prolonged time
• Ability to work with remote teams and exceptionally good team player.

Educational Qualifications - The educational qualification details for this post is mentioned below.

• GO AI Associate - {a graduate degree in any discipline}
  
• Chat Process Executive - {12th pass or a graduate degree in any discipline}.

Knowledge and Skills Required -

• Good analytical and problem solving skills with capability of setting priorities and working under pressure
