Responsibilities of Amazon Customer Service Associate -
  • Demonstrates undertaking of internet, amazon website and competitor websites
  • Demonstrates and ability to successfully navigate websites
  • Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
  • Demonstrates an ability to learn in various media
  • Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
  • Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation and de-escalation skills
  • Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating with necessary
  • Ability to work overtime as required by business
  • Prevent issues, solve queries and delight our customers
  • Contact customers by answering their requests through phone, chat, email etc
  • Use variety of tools to navigate, research and review solutions and communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities for Digital Devices and Alexa Support - 
  • Investigate and resolve queries regarding Amazon's digital services and devices such as Kindle, Echo and Fire TV and to provide outstanding technical support to our customers
  • Be the first point of contact for the customers by answering their requests through phone, chat or email and use a variety of tools to analyze and troubleshoot issues in real time, investigate solutions and communicate effectively with our customers
  • Responsible for conducting escalations when necessary.
