- In charge of the creative execution of existing and future consumer journeys.
- Connect with important stakeholders from across the bank's activities such as operations, risk, and compliance to create a best-in-class digital solution.
- Implement effective UX/UI procedures by performing usability studies, which allow the design team to actively work with journey owners and engineers.
- Collaboration with the line of business to promote employee involvement, knowledge, and awareness of digital channel offers.
- Project execution, including experience design and stakeholder management, is your responsibility.
- Create initiatives and programmes to enhance customer digital adoption.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
Experience Required - For this post, there is no Previous/ Prior experience needed. Freshers are also eligible for this job Opening/ Recruitment.
