Conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills are necessary, and the ideal candidate should take ownership of resolving challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.
They should also be able to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to maintain regular and reliable attendance, including their assigned daily schedule.
They should be flexible with their working schedule and be available to work weekends, holidays, and events.
They must have effective problem-solving skills, including decision-making, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
They should approach problems logically and rationally and be action-oriented, self-disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented.
